The Economist — "Great minds like a think."




I do my absolute best to collect copywriting examples you likely haven't encountered. However, it feels inauthentic to not include something from The Economist. While I could have picked any number of incredible ads they've run over the years, this one holds a special place in my heart. 

The play on words actually explains the product. The simple white text on the red background is iconic. And it may very well be one of the single greatest lines ever written. 

But I'll let you decide that for yourself.
